You're not experiencing severe symptoms such as severe shortness of breath, continuous pain or pressure in the chest, or persistent fever greater than 102ºF. If you're experiencing severe symptoms, please seek medical attention immediately.
You agree to receive email communications that contain information about your or the minor person’s COVID-19 testing and COVID-19 testing appointments.
You understand that ExpressCare staff will collect your sample but the tests are performed by Diagnostic Lab Services Inc. or the Department of Public Health in Guam. You also understand that even the most accurate laboratory test has the potential for false positive and false negative results, and that ExpressCare bears no responsibility or liability for the outcome or consequences of your test result.
You understand that ExpressCare has no control over laboratory delays, errors or omissions and that sometimes tests are equivocal and must be run again resulting in delays. ExpressCare is not liable for any test outcomes that result in a change or delay in your travel plans or consequences thereof including any additional expenses you may incur.
You understand that POSITIVE test results mean you cannot travel and you must quarantine until cleared by the Guam Department of Public Health, to whom your results will be reported.
